Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local partners.
1. General Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits made to hotels or vendors.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 15-30 days of arrival may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days or less are non-refundable.
3. Partial Refunds
No refunds are given for unused portions of an itinerary once the journey has commenced.
